Erdbeerlasagne

Other than the breakfast picks our long weekend has been very very nice with Toni and me staying all by ourselves at our parents' house, watching and helping our grandmother. As exemplary grandchildren I baked a cake today, we bagged our grandmother and drove to our other ones for a good old afternoon tea (or in our case apple spritzer because of the heat). Thereby I tried a new recipe from the magazine 'Donna': Strawberry Lasagna.

I am craving blue … shoes

I have been revisiting some of my favourite episodes (or better seasons ;)) of Sex and the City and oh my word – how this series did influence back then with clothing, style tips and wishes for the future. I saw so many outfits I 'back then' was craving for or which my mom made us! Nevertheless I only tell you this because I spent a great deal of my time today looking for SHOES in the WWW. I still have a gift voucher from ASOS with some money left and what better to do with it than shoes – I do favour the ones with the little red heart (below)?! Of course I got sidetracked and checked out some other shopping sites as well in order to put together a little shoes-inspiration-board for you. I just hope that with my current back account I won't end up spending money way over my voucher limit and end up like Carrie in below's scene *hihi*.

Wallpaper June 2011

I hope you all had a lovely start in it and I want to sweeten up this month with a new wallpaper. The picture comes from "Berlins Modenblatt" from 1956. I just love all the details which are hidden in these illustrations. That's why I've chosen two different sets of views for the iPhone and iPad wallpaper this month!
