❄ Das zweite Türchen ❄ The second door ❄

Today I open my treasure box just a tiny bit and treat you with one of my all-time-favourite recipes: chocolate-espresso snowcups. We made them last year with Toni's colleagues at a cookie baking party (see post about it here) and while being very sceptical when making the dough and preparing to bake (it is very sticky and it looks weird to just put round white balls onto Parchment paper) everyone was simply smitten with the result! In the end we almost had none left for the 'good cause' ;)
Perhaps you'll find some time for baking this weekend! Then don't forget to get instant espresso powder when being at the supermarket next time. Heute öffnet sich die Schatzkiste nur einen Spaltbreit und ich hab ein Rezept für euch – meine absoluten Lieblingsplätzchen: Schokoladen-Espresso-Schneebälle. Wir haben sie beispielsweise für die Plätzchenparty bei Toni im letzten Jahr gemacht (Post darüber hier). Während am Anfang alle Kollegen und Schwestern (na gut, die eine) etwas skeptisch auf Teig und Vorbereitungen schauten (der Teig ist furchtbarst klebrig und man haut einfach Puderzuckerkugeln auf ein Backblech) waren alle ganz begeistert vom finalen Ergebnis! Es gab am Ende kaum mehr welche für den 'guten Zweck' ;)
Vielleicht findet ihr am Wochenende ja Zeit zum Backen! Dann vergesst beim nächsten Einkaufstrip nicht das Instant-Espressopulver!
