Last week in London & new Wallpaper

Finally a new blog design! I know I haven't been a very good blogger in the last weeks. The reason is quite odd. I always feel that I cannot lie on the blog and I do write a lot of honest posts :-). These days I am always balancing my feelings between true sadness of leaving my favourite-in-the-world-town London and joy to go home. I don't really want to involve you in those feelings and I was never really up to blogging about London, because I was only reminded that my days here are almost over. With my last week in the CITY beginning tomorrow I want to show you a few of my favourite places and impressions again – a reminiscence to this beautiful metropolis.

I want to begin with "the list". For today I have collected 45 things, thoughts and places, which form the reason for my love of London. Do comment, add on or disagree. I would be honoured to receive some thoughts in these last days!

Endlich ein neues Blogdesign. Darauf haben wir alle gewartet. Ich weiß, dass ich in den letzten Wochen kein vorbildlicher Blogger war … und der Grund dafür ist sogar ziemlich ungewöhnlich. Ich habe stets das Gefühl, auf dem Blog nicht lügen zu dürfen/zu können und schreibe stets ehrliche Posts :-). In den letzten Tagen schwankte ich ständig zwischen dem Gefühl echter Trauer, da ich meine Allerlieblingsstadt dieser Welt London verlassen muss und der Vorfreude auf Zuhause. Dieses Gefühls-Auf-und-Ab wollte ich Euch, liebe Leser, nicht zumuten :-). Außerdem hatte ich immer keine Lust, über London zu bloggen, da ich dann daran erinnert wurde, dass meine Zeit bald abgelaufen ist. Nun, da meine letzte Woche in THE CITY anbricht, möchte ich noch einmal ein paar meiner Lieblingsplätze und Impressionen mit euch teilen – sozusagen als Reminiszenz an diese tolle Metropole.

Heute beginne ich mit "der Liste". Ich habe fürs Erste 45 Dinge, Gedanken und Plätze gesammelt, die für mich London ausmachen und die Gründe darstellen, warum ich London so liebe. Bitte hinterlasst Kommentare, fügt Punkte hinzu oder übt Kritik. Ich würde mich sehr darüber freuen!
