Outfit Challenge – #7 Coffee Shop Outfits

Carluccio's
A follow-up post about our Saturday on Westbourne Grove – a street full of little shops, bars and restaurants right in walking distance – is on its way. For today I wanted to introduce the new theme for SummerOutfit week. I love connecting really really silly things in my blog (as you may have noticed before ;). Thus my newest idea was to show you outfits which relate to the most frequently visited coffee shops in London!

We will start with one franchise which you perhaps not know too well. Carluccio's offers authentic Italian food and products in the heart of London with numerous restaurants all over town. I first got to know it when my cousin and her husband invited me for coffee last year. The atmosphere is really bright and clean, they have an amazing range of wonderfully packed pastries, pasta and sweets and the coffee is (really) delicious!

Due to this Italian place I thought about an Italian outfit and what would be better than this white dress with lacy details inspired Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana ;)! You probably have seen the pictures of their flirty and see-through white outfits all over this summer's magazines. Many of those flimsy dresses are not really everyday material, however I LOVE the outcome of my mom's sewing. It is even the dress I chose to wear for my current application pictures (on that day it wasn't even finished and in the little sleeves it was only needles holding up the lace *hehe*)

Carluccio's
