17th December ... the money gift problem

Everyone knows the feeling: grandparents give money, you want to gve someone a gift certificate or just an invitation for a good movie and it feels so "low" to only give it in an envelope!
Martha Stewart has some great ideas for the "money gift" (click here to go to the photo stream) - which can be easily adapted for any other certificate or coupon/voucher!
As a little inspiration I have bought the old images of Santa Clause, which you can easily print out in the wished size, then you cut a slot in the Santa. You cut out the shape of the Santa two times (the printed out one and a nice paper for the bag) and then you can clue the two parts together (be careful only to glue at the edges!) and slide your paper inside the little slot. You may add a little hanger or put it into an envelope - a more thoughtful way to give papers ;-) Click on the picture below to download the four antique pictures.

Jeder kennt wohl das Gefühl, wenn man jemandem zu Weihnachten "Papier" schenkt: Geld, ein Gutschein oder eine Eintrittskarte - es mag noch so viel gekostet haben und trotzdem fühlt es sich so "wenig" an, einfach einen Umschlag rüberzuschieben ;-).
Martha Stewart hat HIER einige wirklich schöne Ideen für das "Geldgeschenk", welches sich natürlich auch leicht auf andere Papiergeschenke anwenden lässt.
Als kleines Giveaway zum heutigen 17. Dezember habe ich vier Weihnachtsmänner als alte "Oblade" gekauft, die einfach ausgedruckt werden können, dann einfach einen Schlitz hineinschneiden (vorgefertigte Linie), die Form doppelt ausschneiden und die beiden Papiere an den Rändern zusammenkleben --> Geldschein in den Schlitz stecken und dann entweder einen Anhänger befestigen oder in einen Umschlag stecken!
