❅ Monogramme ❅ 07.12.2010 ❅

There is something very special about embellishing any piece of felt, fabric, paper or wood with a monogram. I always find the form and look-and-feel of letterforms amazing. With our presentation on typography on Thursday I have been reading a lot about x-length, lettr forms and characteristics of good screen fonts. It is such an interesting topic!

Thus we'll continue yesterday's tutorial of how to make the Nikolaus' stocking with one more tutorial on monograms – this time a very glittery one with sequins and beads! Download the PDF HERE.

Yours, Theresa

How fun! I love how monograms look--I've been dying to try adding one to a cardigan or blouse from my closet. I think perhaps your post has made this move to the top of my list! ;)
