Back from an intensive week!

Hi everyone,
sorry for not posting very regularly in the last two or three weeks. Now, times are getting less strenuous and exciting, so I'll have more time for blogging and crafting things :-).

The last days I've spent in our German capital BERLIN with a group of students from all over Germany. We all are scholarship holders from a fondation called "Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung". They support students and people who are working at their doctor's degree. In line with different events in Stuttgart (the city where I study), you always do numerous seminars in the course of the year. The last week was dedicated to the subject of "authority & government and its architecture". We had a crammed program from Tuesday to Saturday with speeches and talks, tours (like in the airport Tempelhof where 1948 the Berlin Airlift took place, a tour in the German chancellery with a highly interesting encounter with the architect Axel Schultes or a tour alongside the former border with Berlin wall).

I have learned soo much and we had wonderful views over the city (with beautiful weather and a clear sky!)

To sum up: I was very busy walking and listening :-), but not creating things. The next weeks and months will be more costly in terms of work and study, but I am looking forward to a more structured life back in Stuttgart!
Have fun with the pictures of our German capital which is so popular and considered trendy and cool in the whole world right now!
See you soon.

Hallo!

Awesome photos :o) It looks like you had so much fun! I think that you've done a great job of keeping your blogging up. I certainly could use some work on that one. More time for crafting & creativity is always a good thing. Hope your weekend has been great!

Ich vermisse Berlin! Wir haben 11 Jahre in Berlin gewohnt. My son did an intership at the Konrad-Adenaur Stiftung this summer. Small world.
